Given all the hype surrounding Union, I have been somewhat disappointed with my Milan bindings. It's not that they're horrible and I hate them, but I am also not jumping up and down with glee at how wonderful they are.

First, the pros:

• The styling is great. I have the wine-colored bindings (they also come in black) and, as someone who likes a little bling, I enjoy the combination of the burgundy straps and highbacks with the gold buckles and detailing.
